The Nets have won two straight, but that makes just four wins in their last 16 games. The Suns have won eight of their last 10 and Devin Booker is on one. He’s averaging 38 points a game over his last seven. Tonight, teammate Kevin Durant has an opportunity to get a little revenge against his former team. Brooklyn beat Phoenix earlier this season. It was the Nets only win over the Suns in the last five meetings. The Suns are 8-2 SU in the last 10 against the Nets too. More importantly, Brooklyn has covered in just four of its last 15 games. Booker, Durant, and Beal will be too much for the Nets tonight.
MILWAUKEE @ PORTLAND (MIL -9.5, 236.5)

Damian Lillard returns to Portland where the Trail Blazers are a 10.5-point underdog to the Bucks tonight. We’re on the Over tonight, which opened at 235 and is now at 236.5. The Bucks, of course, are No. 2 in scoring this season, averaging 124 points a game. In the last 10 against Portland, they are averaging 126.1 a game. Both the Bucks (3rd) and the Blazers (14th) rank in the upper half of the league in pace. Both struggle defensively too. Milwaukee is 15th in defensive rating and 24th in points allowed per game (120). Portland gives up the third-most fast break points in the league. With both teams rested and healthy, expect a track meet.

Tyler Herro is well-known for his long-range shooting. He hits over 40 percent of his three-point attempts, but since the arrival of Terry Rozier in Miami, Herro is taking more threes. Before Rozier, Herro took 43.1 percent of his shots from behind the arc. In five games with Rozier, that number is now 60 percent. He’s hit this number in 7 of his last 9 games, including the last three straight. The Kings just happen to allow the second-highest shooting percentage (40%) from behind the three-point line.
CHICAGO @ CHARLOTTE (CHI -5, 215.5)

This is an absolute perfect spot for the Bulls. They’ve lost three of their last four and need a win to get back on track. Enter the 10-35 Charlotte Hornets. The Bulls have gotten out quickly in their last ten games. The Bulls rank first in effective FG percentage in the first half over their last ten games. That has allowed Chicago to go 8-2 against the first half spread. On the other end of this is Charlotte, which ranks 29th in EFG% and is being outscored in the opening half by an average of 8.5 points over their last ten games. Also, Chicago has outscored its next opponent three straight times in the first half on the second night of a back-to-back.
