WILL REICHARD OVER 1.5 FIELD GOALS
If you are a follower of Coach Rick, first off, thank you. By now, you might know that I really like kicker props in NFL games. That's especially true for teams that tend to attempt a lot of field goals.
Tonight, we have two very good kickers, including the NFL's all-time most accurate kicker, Cameron Dicker. Dicker the kicker. Unfortunately, his field goals and kicking points props are priced too high.
There is, however, value on Minnesota kicker Will Reichard. Reichard is 13-of-14 on field goals and the one miss he has was really a make. The Vikings played Cleveland in London a couple weeks ago. Reichard attempted a 51-yard field goal that appeared to be on the money, but the ball hit a TV wire and went wide right. Officials should have called for a re-kick but did not.
Regardless, Reichard is a quality kicker who has made at least two field goals in five of the six games that Minnesota has played this season. The Vikings currently rank 20th in Red Zone TD Percentage. That translates into a relatively high number of field goal attempts for the Vikings. Expect Reichard to get his two field goals again tonight.
