JJ MCCARTHY OVER 1.5 INTS
Despite playing in just seven games this season, Minnesota QB JJ McCarthy is tied for the third-most interceptions in the NFL. He's thrown 10 total and he's thrown at least two picks in four of the seven games.
Tonight, McCarthy faces a Dallas defense that is by no means good. The Cowboys aren't great against the pass either, but one thing they do is get after the quarterback. Dallas has improved since picking up Quinnen Williams at the trade deadline. The Cowboys are actually now No. 1 in QB hit rate and No. 2 in QB pressure rate. If anything, Dallas can get after McCarthy enough to force him into at least one mistake.
Minnesota's offensive line also has some issues. The Vikings rank 30th in sack rate allowed. OT Christian Darrisaw might not play tonight. He's listed as questionable. That would be a big loss if he's not on the field. As a result, I like JJ to do what he does best - throw at least one pick.
