NBA: Giannis Antetokounmpo (Bucks) OVER 29.5 Points
Good morning #PropNation! Momentum continues as we go 2-1 on free plays (8-2 run overall) and 7-3 on the VIP card! Tonight I have 3 value props as we head into the weekend. Starting things off I want you guys to take Giannis Antetokounmpo to go OVER 29.5 Points. This line is a reflection of two things. First, the Greek Freak is averaging 27.3 PPG in January. Second, for whatever reason he has been ultra conservative in 2 games against the Raptors this season, averaging just 17 points/game and shooting ONLY 10 times/game which is less than half his season average of 20.9 attempts/game. Complete anomaly. With an over-adjusted line all my numbers are pointing towards the over, projecting Antetokounmpo for 32+ points. No Khris Middleton, no problem. Take Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 29.5 Points!
NBA: Kristops Porzingis (Celtics) UNDER 7.5 Rebounds
Next, I have a PLUS MONEY prop that I absolutely love! The Magic face the Celtics and Kristops Porzingis has a rebounds line of O/U 7.5 boards. You might think oh this is great value on the over for the 7’2 center with Goga Bitadze out for Orlando. Not so fast! The under is the play here. Porzingis plays on the perimeter a ton and so does Wendell Carter Jr for Orlando. The Magic slow down the pace and defend exceptionally well. Because of this they are one of the best rebounding teams in the NBA and they are actually #1 at limiting opposing centers’ rebounding numbers. In his one matchup against the Magic this season Porzingis grabbed just 4 rebounds in 37 minutes. He won’t play that much tonight and I see him ending with 5-6 rebounds in a potential blowout. Incredible value on this line that is currently +110 odds. Lock in Kristops Porzingis UNDER 7.5 Rebounds!
NBA: Chris Paul (Spurs) OVER 1.5 Made 3PT
For the third and final free play (Let’s Sweep!) I like veteran Chris Paul to MAKE 2+ three pointers. The Spurs had a real lackluster performance in their game against Memphis on Wednesday night with Wemby getting posterized. I expect a better performance tonight against the same team. Paul specifically has cashed this prop often this year, averaging 1.7 Made 3PT per game on 4.8 attempts, Prior to Wednesday night he cashed in 3 straight games and I think he’s feeling good about his outside shot. CP3 is shooting the trey ball with the most frequency in almost his whole career and I want to cash it again tonight. Take Chris Paul OVER 1.5 Made 3PT for the third winner!
