NBA: Cade Cunningham (Pistons) UNDER 26.5 Points
Good morning, #PropNation!! What a run it has been to start 2025. Hundreds of **’s of profit for our VIP clients and a 14-5 free prop run for the entire community. We start off MLK day with the first free play in the NBA. I want you guys to take Cade Cunningham of the Pistons to go UNDER 26.5 points. Notably, public bettors today will mostly be hammering overs so a lot of the unders will be the sharper play. This is one of them as Cunningham faces the 4th ranked defense in the NBA, the Houston Rockets. Obviously if you looked point guard vs point guard, Cade would overpower Fred VanVleet, but we feel that Dillon Brooks and company will be tasked with slowing him down. I expect the Rockets physical defense to force the ball out of Cunningham’s hands and make others on Detroit beat them. Cunningham averages 24.3 PPG on the season and my analytics project him for 21-23 today, a nice advantage on the line. He’s gone under this line in 3 of his last 4 games and is 2 for 14 from three in the last 2 games. He’s coming in cold shooting the ball and Houston’s not the team you want to face to get back on track. Lock in this first winner: Take Cade Cunningham UNDER 26.5 Points!
NBA: Jaylen Wells (Grizzlies) OVER 15.5 PRA (pts, rebs, assts)
Onto the next matchup where I have a value play for you guys as the Grizzlies take on the Timberwolves. Rookie Jaylen Wells is having himself one hell of a first season and is up there for rookie of the year candidates. He’s earned himself starters’ minutes, averaging 31 minutes/game so far in January. Because of this, he’s putting up 14.9 PPG, 3.9 RPG, and 1.5 APG so far this month. Oddsmakers are giving us incredible value on his PRA line, currently sitting at O/U 15.5. I believe they have it slightly lower because Ja Morant is questionable but I’m riding the over here no matter his playing status. Wells could go over this number with points alone on a good shooting day and he’s athletic enough to fill the stat sheet. Memphis has only faced the Timberwolves once this season and Wells hit the over in that game despite poor shooting overall. I love him to hit this over again: take Jaylen Wells OVER 15.5 PRA!
NBA: Trayce Jackson-Davis (Warriors) UNDER 22.5 PRA (pts, rebs, assts)
Onto the third and final free prop where I want you guys to lock in on the Celtics visiting the Warriors. I like to fade Trayce Jackson-Davis in this spot. Yes, he’s going to play a fair amount of minutes tonight with Draymond Green and Jonathan Kuminga out, but it’s a TOUGH matchup for the 2nd year forward out of Indiana and he’s going to be a bit undersized going up against Al Horford and Kristaps Porzingis. This is a revenge game for Boston who lost to Golden State at home earlier this season. Even though it’s an early evening tip on a Monday, I expect the top players to treat it as more of a primetime game. Look for Curry, Wiggins, and Schroder to dominate ball possession and for Kevon Looney to play a lot of minutes as well. Jackson-Davis is comfortable and really good at his role, but won’t be racking up stats all night. He averages 8-7-2 on the year and has gone under his PRA line in 4 straight games. I expect another one tonight and thus love this fade spot - Take Trayce Jackson-Davis UNDER 22.5 PRA!
