Jameis Winston (Browns) OVER 230.5 Passing Yards
Starting things off with Monday night football as the Cleveland Browns visit the Denver Broncos. I like Jameis Winston to go over 230.5 passing yards. He’s gone over this line in 3 of his 4 starts this season and is averaging 295 yards/game in those 4 games. While Denver ranks as a top 10 pass defense and will likely cause the public to back the Broncos, the Browns have proven they will air it out nonstop if they’re playing from behind, which is expected to be the case tonight. Cleveland is a 6-point underdog and the Broncos are coming off a game where their defense allowed 300 passing yards to the likes of Gardner Minshew and Desmond Ridder. Sign me up for Famous Jameis to be a stat-getter tonight even if it’s in a losing effort. He’s one of the easiest NFL players to get behind and we do so tonight. Lebron James (Lakers) UNDER 23.5 Points
For the 2nd prop tonight we bounce over to the NBA and fade the king himself, Lebron James. Hear me out. I’m not fading his stats combined but just his point total going UNDER 23.5 tonight. Lebron is averaging 22.6 PPG on the season but has really turned into an assist machine later in his career. He’s averaging 9.4 assists/game. This line has gone under in 4 of his last 5 games and he’s coming off an 0 for 9 from three point range performance. He’s not hot shooting the ball so he’ll turn to his incredible ability to make others better. Lastly, Minnesota is a tough matchup with Gobert as a rim protector and they are ranked 7th at limiting opposing small forwards to point production. James only put up 16 points in his one time facing the Timberwolves this year. Look for him to be in the 15-20 point range tonight. Take Lebron James UNDER 23.5 Points!
Jayson Tatum (Celtics) UNDER 9.5 Rebounds
For the final free pick tonight I like you guys to take Jayson Tatum of the Celtics to go UNDER 9.5 Rebounds. I feel we get a nice advantage on the line here with his average being 8.5 rebounds/game on the season and him going under in 4 of the last 5 games. Tatum doesn’t reach double digit rebounds too often and I don’t expect his hustle play to be a top priority tonight as Boston is traveling back home from Cleveland in a back-to-back. I think the line is falsely inflated because of his rebounding numbers in the playoff series against Miami last season but that doesn’t scare me. We see the rebounds being more dispersed tonight on a Celtics roster that rebounds well from every position. Give me Jayson Tatum UNDER 9.5 Rebounds and let’s cash these tickets!
