I know I said I would lay off Bryant team totals and I will, but the Bulldogs are in a strong bounce-back spot tonight. The Bulldogs will play one of the weaker defenses in the America East Conference at UMass-Lowell tonight. Bryant lost to Vermont last Saturday 59-55 on the road and they will take out some of their frustrations on the River Hawks tonight.

UMass-Lowell has lost 4 of its last 5 games. The River Hawks lost at Bryant earlier this season by a score of 85-62. In their last 4 games, UMass-Lowell has allowed 85, 79, 80, and 90 points. They give up an average of nearly 75 per game for the season. Look for Bryant to do what it does best tonight. The Bulldogs will push the pace and the River Hawks just won't be able to keep up.

Wichita State has won six straight games to become a contender in the American Athletic Conference. The Shockers recorded an impressive overtime win over Memphis at home two weeks ago. UAB has also been hot lately with three straight wins and victories in 6 of their last 7 overall.

In the latest KenPom rankings, UAB checks in at No. 107. Wichita State is 124th. The difference is on offense. UAB's offense plays an up-tempo style of game and the Blazers are very efficient. They rank No. 17 in the country in Offensive Efficiency. Wichita State ranks 180th in the same category.

UAB has scored 80, 90, and 85 points in its last three games. They will push the pace tonight and that is a style that Wichita State can play. The Shockers just can't match the Blazers bucket for bucket. I like the underdog here.
