Ohio is favored by 32.5 against UMass tonight. The Minutemen are the worst team in the country. They give up nearly 38 points per game and they only manage to score a little over 10 per game.
The offense is awful. The defense is horrific, but still...32.5!?? If you don't want to lay the points with the Bobcats (who should win easily), back the best player on the field tonight. That would be Ohio QB Parker Navarro.
Ohio is one of the best rushing offenses in the FBS. The Bobcats average over 202 rushing yards per game and Navarro is one of the reasons why. He is second on the team in rushing and averages over 64 yards per game.
Navarro has rushed for 5 touchdowns this season. Four of those have come in MAC games. He is coming off a 105-yard, 1 TD performance against a really good Western Michigan run defense last week.
This week Navarros faces a UMass run defense that is ranked 130th in the nation. Do the math. He and the rest of the Bobcats should have a field day against the Minutemen.
