It's the greatest rivalry in the sport. It's also a day where Coach Rick gets to watch option football at its finest. There is nothing greater than watching two masters of the triple option. Navy leads the nation in rushing (281.8 ypg) and Army is fourth (254.9).
Triple option offenses start with the quarterback. Blake Horvath is one of the best. Not only can he run it, but he's one of the better Navy passers of the last decade or so. Horvath has rushed for 1,040 yards and thrown for 1,390. He's rushed for 14 touchdowns and passed for 9 more.
Hellums took over the Army QB role later in the season, but he has proven to be very good. He leads the Black Knights in rushing with 1,078 yards and 15 rushing touchdowns. Hellums is not the passer that Horvath is, but he is dangerous running the ball.
Hellums has scored at least one rushing TD in 8 of the 11 games he played in this season. That includes a TD in 6 of the last 7 games. He is listed at -185 on FanDuel, but you can get this prop for -125 at bet365.
