TCU @ ARIZONA STATE (ASU -3.5, 54.5)
TCU TT OVER 20.5/ASU TT OVER 20.5 PARLAY
These are two very talented offenses that should hit the three-touchdown mark tonight. TCU, of course, is an Air Raid team that loves to throw the ball. QB Josh Hoover is averaging 333 yards per game and WR Eric McAlister is coming off a game against rival SMU where he had 254 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Arizona State is averaging nearly 30 points per game and QB Sam Leavitt really hasn't played to his potential. The Sun Devils have plenty of weapons including WR Jordyn Tyson and RB Raleek Brown.
The Sun Devils pass defense is suspect, ranking 97th in the nation. They did "hold" Baylor QB Sawyer Robertson to 251 passing yards last week. Even that game was a 27-24 Baylor win. ASU failed to score 21 points just once, in its road loss at Mississippi State. TCU is averaging over 41 points per game and their season-low came last week in their 35-28 win over SMU.
This should be a tight game as evidenced by the short spread. Both defenses are solid, but both offenses are just too talented not to score over 20 points tonight.
