Jump on this one fast as it's likely to rise. The Broncos were favored by 28 and that has moved up to 30.5 over the last 24 hours. Boise State, of course, was embarrassed in its season opener losing at South Florida 34-7.
The Broncos offense sputtered and you can bet that head coach Spencer Danielson addressed that. Expect QB Maddux Madsen to have a much better night against an Eastern Washington defense that gave up 463 passing yards in its season opener, a 31-21 loss to Incarnate Word.
Boise State will run it, throw it, and have all sorts of success against an Eastern Washington program that isn't as strong as it once was. Cooper Kupp's former school was an FCS power and was 10-3 in 2021. Since then, EWU has gone 3-8, 4-7, and 4-8.
Get ready for a blowout. It starts early as the Broncos find the end zone on multiple drives in the first half. Then, they'll likely take the foot of the gas and cruise to an easy win.
