The Rays have allowed at least 6 runs in 4 straight and in 7 of their last 10 games. Not surprisingly, 6 of their last 7 games have gone Over the total. Then, you add in Tampa Bay starting pitcher Adrian Houser. He has good numbers, but in his first two starts with the Rays, he allowed 9 ER. Now, he's pitching for the first time in hitter-friendly Steinbrenner Field.
St. Louis has scored at least 7 runs (they won the first game of the series last night 7-4) in 4 of their last six games. Both starting pitchers should give up a few runs and the bullpens will finish it off. The books think that as well with the movement from 8.5 to 9.5 currently.
