RAVENS @ DOLPHINS 10/30/25
Both the Miami Dolphins and the Baltimore Ravens won crucial games last Sunday. But only tonight’s winner will have a remote chance of saving its season when the Ravens visit the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football in Miami Gardens, Florida.
Only four teams have advanced to the playoffs after a 1–5 season start since the AFL–NFL merger in 1970.
The good news for Baltimore (2-5), who defeated the Chicago Bears 30-16 at home to end a four-game losing streak, is that starting quarterback Lamar Jackson should make his injury comeback against the Dolphins (2-6).
Jackson, a native of South Florida, would play and start for the first time since he hurt his hamstring against Kansas City on September 28. During his three-game absence, the Ravens have started two different quarterbacks: Tyler Huntley in Sunday's victory and Cooper Rush in two losses. However, without Jackson, the Ravens, a preseason Super Bowl favorite, have mostly struggled.
During his four starts this season, Jackson, who practiced extensively on Tuesday, had a career-high completion percentage of 71.6%. The two-time NFL MVP has rushed for 166 yards and a touchdown and thrown for 869 yards, 10 touchdowns, and one interception.
During Jackson's first three starts this season, the Ravens were scoring 37 points per game on average. Baltimore scored a total of 13 points in Rush's two starts against Houston and the Los Angeles Rams.
With Huntley in charge, Baltimore was able to establish some rhythm last week as he ran for 53 yards on eight attempts and completed 17 of 22 passes for 186 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions.
After a 1-6 start, the Dolphins were in even worse shape, but they put on an impressive show last week, defeating the Atlanta Falcons 34-10 on the road.
Miami has been hoping for a return to form from their quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, even though he wasn't recovering from an injury. In addition to throwing for 205 yards on 20 of 26 attempts, he had a season-high four touchdown passes. And all of this while coping with a left eye injury that, according to Tagovailoa, has subsided in the days following that game.
Along with limiting the Falcons to 45 rushing yards and star Bijan Robinson to just 25, Miami's defense had its best performance of the season against the run.
The Dolphins put cornerback Storm Duck on injured reserve on Tuesday after suffering yet another significant defensive injury during the victory. Kendall Sheffield, another defensive back, was placed on Miami's practice squad/injured list, and Ethan Robinson was added to the practice squad.
Miami did not practice tight end Julian Hill (ankle) or safety Ashtyn Davis (quadriceps) on Tuesday. Although they were limited, wide receiver Dee Eskridge (shoulder) and outside linebacker Bradley Chubb (foot, shoulder) are anticipated to play.
Every player on the 53-man roster for Baltimore participated in Tuesday's practice, with the exception of tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle).

DERRICK HENRY OVER 89.5 RUSHING YARDS
In the last two games, Henry has carried the ball 21 and 24 times. Using him like that tonight will take a little pressure off of Lamar. It’ll also help push King Henry Over this Rushing Yards prop. The usage is one thing, but the other is the Miami run defense. It’s awful. The Dolphins rank 28th in rushing yards allowed per game and 29th in net yards per attempt (5.0). Running backs are averaging 128.3 yards per game against Miami and 89.5 is the highest this prop has been all season for Henry.
