After winning the first three games by scores of 5-4, 12-5, and 11-9, Toronto is on a roll and will be aiming for a four-game sweep.

For the first time since mid-April, the Yankees have given up sole possession of the AL East lead going into the series finale. With six series losses in their last ten and a 13-18 record in their last 31 games, their recent run has been difficult.

With three hits and three RBIs in Wednesday's loss, including his 31st home run of the year and a game-tying shot in the eighth inning, Aaron Judge continues to be the focal point of the offense. In the Blue Jays' 11-9 victory on Wednesday, Addison Barger's four RBIs and Davis Schneider's two home runs galvanized the offense with a seven-run first inning. Toronto rallied late despite blowing an eight-run lead, with Barger hitting a clutch RBI single and George Springer scoring the game-winning run on a wild pitch.

Since May 28, the Blue Jays have swept past a struggling Yankees team, going 21-10. Chris Bassitt (7-4, 4.29 ERA) will start in an attempt to secure a statement sweep and maintain Toronto's dominance at home. The depth of the lineup has proven crucial, and the bullpen, led by Jeff Hoffman (20th save), has performed well in high-pressure situations. Toronto hopes to complete a flawless series and take sole possession of first place with the Rogers Centre crowd behind them.
