NBA: Jimmy Butler (Warriors) UNDER 24.5 Points
Good morning, #PropNation! Coming off a 2-1 night for free picks and I’ve got 3 more value spots for you today. We start things off in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals where Golden State is trying to steal another one on the road, this time without Steph Curry. The game is projected to be incredibly low-scoring again and for me a great look is to fade Jimmy Butler. Yes, he’s now the go-to man offensively, but Minnesota knows this and will force really tough looks all game. The Warriors are only projected to score 95 points tonight and for Butler to cover his line he’d have to score 26% or more of the Warriors points. That’s a lot to ask for any player, let alone one that’s playing through injury against a HUNGRY Timberwolves team. My models are projecting Butler for 21 or less points tonight, similar to Game 1 where he put up 20. If they can keep him off the foul line this should stay under for us. Lock in Jimmy Butler UNDER 24.5 Points for a dub!
MLB 2-Man Parlay: Jack Leiter (Rangers) UNDER 5.5 Hits Allowed & Shohei Ohtani (Dodgers) To Record 1+ Hits (+115 parlay odds)
Onto the second free play where we head over to Major League Baseball. I’m going to cook up a little two-man parlay that will be plus money. I like Jack Leiter of the Rangers to go UNDER 5.5 Hits Allowed. He is coming off a game where he got absolutely shelled by Seattle but we successfully took his HA line under the previous two outings on the road where he gave up just 2 and 3 hits. He oddly prefers road starts and has another one today at Fenway. He faced the Red Sox once this year, giving up 5 hits. I expect him to really pitch around guys today to avoid getting crushed again. This will likely lead to some walks and long innings, potentially a shortened start and less time to rack up opposing hits. The 2nd leg is going to be Shohei Ohtani of the Dodgers to record 1+ hits today. Ohtani is batting .299 on the year, facing Brandon Pfaadt today whom he’s 2 for 6 (.333) in his career against, and he’s batting leadoff so should see 4-5 plate appearances. I love this 2-man play at +115 odds. Take Leiter UNDER 5.5 Hits Allowed and Ohtani To Record 1+ Hits!
MLB: Kris Bubic (Royals) To Record a Win (+125 odds)
For the third and final free prop we stay in the MLB and we have ANOTHER plus money play! I like Kris Bubic of the Royals to record a win today @ +125 odds. The Royals are looking to sweep the White Sox in all 4 games of the series, but it’s been a competitive series. Each game has been close and low-scoring, but today is where I think Kansas City gets an early lead and never looks back. Bubic is pitching phenomenally this season, ranking 7th in all of baseball with a 1.98 ERA. Look for him to have great command and be efficient against this White Sox lineup that ranks 26th in runs/game and has just a 10-27 record this season. They have the better starting pitcher and better lineup - let’s take advantage. Nuff said. Take Kris Bubic To Record a Win (+125)!
