The Braves have hit Singer pretty well too. Current Braves hitters have an xSLG% of .563 against Singer. In two starts against Atlanta, Singer is 0-2 with a sky-high 8.18 ERA. He's also served up 5 home runs. One of those homers belongs to Austin Riley, who is on fire right now.
Riley is now batting .293 after last night's two home runs in a 4-3 win over the Dodgers. Riley now has 8 dingers along with 24 RBI.
Singer will likely pitch 5 to 6 innings. He hasn't gone more than 6 innings since his season opening start against Texas. When Singer is done, he will turn it over to the Reds bullpen. Cincy relievers are in the top 11 or 12 in terms of ERA, but they have given up the third-most home runs of all MLB bullpens.
